The name Lebanon comes from the Semitic root Ibn , meaning "white", likely a reference to the snow-capped Mount Lebanon.

- »1001 Frage« is the beginning point of one exchange project with 8 students from the A.U.B. Beirut and 8 students of School of Art Berlin Weißensee. After the 10 days the lebanese people visited us in berlin, the blog exist as a point of connection. Our aim is to present our final project at the Book Fair in October 2011 in Beirut.
